Responsibilities

• Partner with executive producer, creative, project management, and account teams to execute productions end to end, at the highest quality putting craft first.
• Prepare and customize production budgets, schedules, and other planning documentation for content shoots, experiential productions, and other production deliverables as needed.
• Partner with Business Affairs to ensure all compliance and legal issues are managed across deliverables, providing a point of view to managing risk.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with a variety of vendor partners as well as the internal studio. Introduce new production partners to your creative team and fellow producers.
• Collaborate with creative teams to champion innovative ideas, by assessing feasibility, advocating for the creative process, and providing solutions on time and budget.
• Possess a willingness and curiosity to learn and explore beyond your core.
• Manage expectations across the team and client, giving recommendations when required.
• Partner with project management throughout the production process to ensure timing and deliverables are being managed.
• Willingness to travel to events and shoots for productions, working directly with clients and teams onsite.

Compensation and Benefits

$86,000 - $135,000 a year. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
