As the Facilities Associate, you'll combine daily facilities upkeep, event support, tech setup, light handyman work, and office support. Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and reset meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and common areas across multiple floors
- Manage office moves, furniture requests, locker assignments, and space utilization needs
- Support internal events (happy hours, orientations, partner meetings) with setup, breakdown, and special furniture arrangements
- Provide Zoom / tech setup support, resolve room conflicts, and optimize layouts for meetings
- Perform walkthroughs to identify issues, handle ad-hoc cleaning requests, and complete weekly refrigerator clean-outs
- Create and manage service / repair tickets, and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Assist Mail Services with deliveries and provide backup support for Reception and Office Services team members
- Actively participate in team meetings, respond to facilities requests, and contribute ideas to improve operations
