Position Summary / Expectation
The goal of this position is to qualify and convert inbound leads into appointments so our company can make offers to purchase properties. These conversations are key, as they are often the beginning of the customer journeywhere we advise and educate home sellers.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and utilize the company CRM and other technology tools, coordinating with the team to schedule seller appointments.
- Pre-qualify incoming leads and identify appointment opportunities. Educate prospects on the companys value proposition and build trust.
- Complete quality assurance follow-up calls on scheduled appointments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and SMS.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure all leads are organized and up to date.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for the company scorecard.
- Assist with administrative and team tasks as needed.
