Order Fulfillment Associate

Location : Midtown Manhattan (near Rockefeller Center)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 10 : 00 AM–7 : 00 PM

Pay : $18 / hour

Overtime : Varies (0–2 hours daily; 8–10 hours on weekends as needed)

Onsite : 100%

Position Overview :

The Order Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in bringing online jewelry orders to life. This hands-on position involves receiving, selecting, packaging, and shipping merchandise with precision and care, ensuring every order meets the company's high quality standards.

Responsibilities :

Receive, organize, and process incoming shipments and deliveries.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare jewelry orders for shipment.
Assist with purchase order processing and general administrative tasks.
Support inventory control, quality checks, and team workflow.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required.

1+ year of fulfillment, shipping, or related experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day.
