Job Summary :

Allstate is looking for a seasoned editorial and content strategist to shape the way we tell our story today and in the future. This role will set the vision for how we create and share content that connects with people where they are and how they want to engage.

We're looking for a true multimedia expert - fluent across formats and channels - who understands both the art and science of brand storytelling. This person can inspire a team to craft influential narratives, experiment with new approaches and stay sharp on how AI is shaping the future of content marketing.

Hybrid or Remote. Required to travel primarily to Chicago, with a minimum of 12 in-person connections per quarter.

What You'll Do :

Set the Editorial Vision

• Define the enterprise editorial and multimedia content strategy and executional process to establish an Allstate content center of excellence.
• Build and manage an omnichannel editorial calendar, including internal, earned, social and owned channels.
• Identify and socialize content trends, best practices, emerging technologies, growth strategies and audience insights across platforms and channels. Leverage these findings to drive innovation and growth opportunities in how people find content, consume it and use it to make decisions.
