Customer Enrollment Assistant Responsibilities :

  • Highlight the value proposition of the products / services being offered to drive new customer enrollment.
  • Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand prospective customer needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services.
  • Coordinate with other sales team members to share insights, successes, and challenges.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes to products, services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Create and maintain reports on sales metrics, team performance, and other relevant data to provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training and self-learning.
