Network Product Lead

A company is looking for a Network Product Lead (CPO).

Key Responsibilities

Engineer the network as a product, continuously designing interventions to enhance performance

Own the unified portfolio by managing platform, programs, and capital with a focus on Expected IU per $

Lead experimentation and measurement initiatives to guide decision-making and improve network outcomes

Required Qualifications

12-15+ years of experience in product, platform, or ecosystem leadership; 5+ years at VP / CPO level

Proven experience in designing and scaling networked or marketplace products

Experience in running rigorous experimentation programs based on data-driven decisions

Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams across various domains

Strong understanding of incentive and mechanism design to influence user behavior
