Location : West Orange, NJ

Shift : Full-Time | 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Salary : $45.00 – $50.00 per hour

Acacia Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the 3–11 shift. This leadership role is perfect for a motivated nurse who thrives in a supportive environment and is committed to delivering the highest standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the Director and Associate Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and directing daily nursing operations in compliance with regulations and facility policies.

Supervise nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to responsibilities.

Participate in facility surveys and inspections as needed.

Review and contribute to resident care plans and discharge plans.

Maintain adequate staffing levels for assigned shifts.

Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and report findings to leadership.

Address staff concerns and escalate grievances appropriately.

Welcome and support newly admitted residents, escorting them to their rooms when needed.

Accompany physicians during rounds when required.

Oversee and ensure accurate, timely medication administration and treatments.

Provide direct nursing care as needed.

Conduct resident assessments and monitor outcomes.

Assist with performance evaluations of LPNs and CNAs.

Perform additional duties as needed to support quality resident care and facility operations.

Qualifications :

Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Current and valid RN license in New Jersey .

Minimum of 2 years of direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settings.

At least 1 year of supervisory or nursing management experience.

Current CPR certification.
