Vice President of Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President, Leggett Operating System.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and sustainment of the Leggett Operating System (LOS) to drive growth and optimize quality

Champion lean principles and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance LOS capabilities and establish KPIs to monitor progress

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree

15 years of experience in leadership roles focused on operations or business transformation

Proven experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

Experience leading a corporate business system office in a global company preferred

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
