Kitchens Sanitation Crew

Join our overnight Kitchens Sanitation Crew and learn the skills necessary to keep our fast-paced, high volume Kitchen up to our high standards. In this role, you will perform the following tasks :

  • Operate the COP tank, mechanical dish washing machine, and floor scrubber
  • Hand wash and machine wash equipment parts
  • Complete general cleaning and sanitizing of the process area

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends working 9 : 00pm to 5 : 00am

Qualifications :

  • Accurate / detail oriented
  • Adhere to sanitation / hygiene standards
  • Willing to learn / perform a variety of job tasks
  • Work in a fast paced production environment
  • Work in a noisy environment frequently
  • Work well alone / with others
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Basic math aptitude
  • Read / follow cleaning labels / instructions
  • Work in a safety conscious environment

    • Physical qualifications : lift / carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally; push / pull up to 60 pounds of force occasionally; work in temperatures of 45 to 70+ degrees F; bend / reach / twist constantly; lift / carry 40 pounds to 42 inches frequently; stand / walk up to 10 hours per shift; kneel / squat occasionally.

    Benefits :

  • Rate of pay up to $25.00 per hour (base pay of $19.00 per hour plus additional Overnight Premium Pay of $3.00 per hour and Weekend Premium Pay : additional $3.00 an hour between the hours of 7 : 30pm Friday and 5 : 00am Monday)
  • A year end cash bonus - 40% of profits shared with our coworkers
  • 2 Weeks Vacation within 1st year of employment
