Pay : $15.00 / hour eligible for a $1.00 raise based off work performance capping the position at $25.00 / HR.

Schedule : MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM

Overview

The Experience & Relations Coordinator (ERC) is a trusted leadership-support role and the Directors assistant. This position leads the front of client, staff, and community engagement, ensuring every interaction reflects Destinys Caring Hands LLCs promise of Extra Mile, Extra Care, No Extra Cost.

The ERC helps oversee the people side of operations, from welcoming new hires and clients to ensuring our day-to-day systems run smoothly and professionally.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct first interviews, applicant screenings, and onboarding support.
• Manage background checks, drug screens, and reference verifications.
• Lead and coordinate new hire orientations, ensuring staff are trained and ready.
• Facilitate client intakes, family meetings, and transportation coordination.
• Maintain accurate client and employee files in compliance with company standards.
• Support marketing and outreach events, serving as a professional representative of DCH.
• Assist the Director with daily operations, and communication oversight.
