Enterprise Sales Manager

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a business strategy for selling AGI's products and services to assigned current and potential Strategic Enterprise customers. Manages overall relationship with Enterprise customers and is accountable for driving revenue and profit goals for assigned accounts. Other activities include leading commercial activities and negotiations required to maintain profitable growth for assigned customers through value-added and consultative selling techniques.

The role will report to the Director of Enterprise Sales and build, maintain, and manage relationships with assigned account(s), end-users, national design-build firms and engineering firms. The role will provide expertise in effectively navigating our customers' organization to the rest of AGI and assist sales efforts for all product lines along with supporting field sales to build relationships with strategic accounts; assessing needs of accounts and ensuring that solutions are offered, sold, and followed through.

Responsibilities include developing a profitable growth strategy for selling AGI's products and services to current and potential customers, working with assigned Strategic Enterprise customer accounts as the lead point of contact within the organization to deliver revenue targets and outstanding customer service, developing and cultivating positive relationships with customers at all levels of their organization, executing sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals, and understanding customer business strategy, decision-making process, and customer culture to develop a path for negotiating and closing new business opportunities.

Qualifications include a post-secondary degree in engineering, sciences, business, agriculture, or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience in sales of engineered products to large enterprise customer accounts, preferably in the agricultural, construction, or industrial manufacturing markets, 3+ years professional experience in the agriculture industry, ambition to exceed sales goals and contribute to continuous improvement, superior mechanical aptitude, strong business analysis capabilities, effective project management capabilities, strong communication skills, strong leadership skills with the ability to lead through influence, ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, ability to appropriately handle confidential information, ability to thrive & grow in a continuously evolving environment, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM platforms.
