- About the Role
We are seeking a
- hands-on Process Engineer
- to support our production operations and ensure high-quality, efficient manufacturing. In this role, you will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and deliver engineering solutions that meet customer requirements.
- What You'll Do
- Support production by reducing downtime and resolving engineering issues (programming, MPI, tooling, design, line stoppages).
- Drive quality and yield improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Review build schedules and ensure all documentation, tooling, and processes are ready for production.
- Conduct pre-build reviews, first article inspections, and validate process setups (SMT, Through-Hole, Reflow, Wave Solder, etc.).
- Design, order, and maintain tooling such as stencils and fixtures.
- Provide real-time technical support and training to operators.
- Review quality data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Quality teams to meet customer requirements and support DFM, ECOs, and failure analysis.
- Participate in ISO compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in electronics manufacturing processes (SMT, Through-Hole, Reflow, Wave Solder).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
