Responsibilities

Perform MRI scans and ensure patient safety during procedures.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on MRI technology.

Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment for optimal performance.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in imaging.

Utilize performance metrics to track personal and team success.

Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.

Monitor and evaluate patient comfort during MRI procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient imaging needs.

Manage scheduling and patient flow for efficient operations.

Assist in the training of new staff and interns as needed.

Experience / Qualifications

Valid MRI technologist certification and state license required.

Strong commitment to patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Experience with MRI equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Exceptional customer service skills for patient interactions.

Ability to document and report imaging results accurately.

Proficiency in using performance metrics to assess personal success.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.

Experience managing patient scheduling and flow for efficiency.

Ability to mentor and train new staff or interns.
