• Modalities : XR, CT, MR, US, NM
• Sub-specialty Case Mix : ER - 60
• Daily Volume Expectations (per 8-hour shift) : Volume - 90-100; wRVUs - 70; PACS - Fuji; Dictation System - Powerscribe

Submission Requirements

• Board Certification -  REQUIRED
• Active License -  REQUIRED or IMLC
• DEA Registration  -  REQUIRED
