Essential Functions of the Verizon Representative Role

• Promote Verizon FiOS residential services to new and existing customers through outreach channels — because great internet deserves a great pitch.
• Recommend the right FiOS bundles based on customer needs — and gently rescue them from choosing the “barely-streams-one-video” plan.
• Process enrollments and upgrades with precision — one wrong click and someone’s grandma loses her cable.
• Stay up-to-date on Verizon FiOS packages, promos, and updates — yes, even the ones that change faster than your group chat plans.
