Position Title : Scheduler

Reports to : Business Development and Staffing Manager

Location : Nashville, TN (position is subject to change)

Employment Status : Full-Time

FLSA Status : Exempt

Position Summary : : Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Scheduler to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nashville, TN. The location for this position is subject to change. This position is contingent upon contract award.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Develop, review, and maintain Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules for vertical and horizontal construction projects in support of USACE.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments, time impact analysis (TIA), and delay evaluations.
• Review contractor baseline and progress schedules for logic, sequencing, and compliance with USACE requirements.
• Monitor schedule performance, generate periodic reports, and make recommendations to mitigate schedule slippage.
• Provide technical input during project planning, procurement, and execution phases, ensuring schedule alignment with project milestones.
• All other duties as assigned.
