Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and underwriting strategy, translating it into measurable goals
Manage sales performance for various product lines and collaborate with Sales Ops
Lead and mentor regional teams, focusing on coaching and professional development
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in insurance sales and underwriting
5+ years of people management experience
Proven track record in building teams and achieving growth targets
Experience managing cross-functional teams in the insurance sector
Bachelor's Degree preferred
