Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Architect to lead Retail Architecture projects from inception to completion, with a focus on car dealerships. The role involves handling specific technical details and design aspects of assigned projects, including investigation, evaluation, and architectural design recommendations. You will participate as a key member of the project team, contributing to all aspects of project scope, production, and implementation of construction documents, and coordination of consultant scopes.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical details and design aspects of assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the project team on project scope, production, and implementation of construction documents.
• Assist in managing client expectations.
• Coordinate communication between the project team, sub-contractors, and other disciplines.
• Ensure construction documents align with design intent.
• Conduct code analyses and act as the primary contact with jurisdictions.
• Perform submittal reviews during construction and maintain RFI and submittal logs.
• Supervise a small team of interior designers and technicians when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00 / hr.
