Position Title : Pharmacist

📍 Location : 725 North St, Pittsfield, MA 01201, United States

📅 Contract Length : 13 Weeks – up to 9 months (longer assignment strongly preferred)

⏰ Scheduled Hours : 40 hrs / week

🕒 Shift : Days – 8-hour shifts (7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM)

5+ years of extensive acute care clinical experience

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency in Oncology strongly preferred

Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) strongly preferred

BLS certification required

Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license require
