Core Clinical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a Nocturnist position at Mercy Health Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky just two hours from Nashville, TN, offering a perfect blend of professional opportunity and lifestyle.

Position Highlights :

• Hospital Size : 379-bed acute care facility
• Trauma Level : Level III Trauma Center
• Referral Reach : Serving western KY, southern IL, southeast MO, and northwest TN
• Average Daily Census (ADC) : 1415 2
• ICU : Open ICU with a dedicated ICU team available daily
• Team Model :
• 3 Daytime Hospitalists
• 1 Intensivist
• 1 Dedicated Nocturnist
• 4 APPs : 3 Daytime + 1 Swing APP
• Shifts : 12-hour blocks (7A7P and 7P7A)
• EMR : Epic
• Employment Model : W-2 with full benefits
• Specialties & Services : Wide range of subspecialty support and technologies often found in larger metro hospitals
