- Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify individual needs.\n
- Initiate appropriate nursing interventions in a timely manner.\n
- Provide care that is tailored to the condition and age of the patient.\n
- Document medical necessity accurately and promptly in the medical record.\n
- Develop and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.\n

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.\n
- Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) certification within six (6) months of hire.\n
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within six (6) months of hire.\n
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six (6) months of hire.\n
- One (1) year of recent Labor & Delivery experience.\n
- Recent RN experience.\n
