Role Description :

Were hiring a Sports-Minded Sales Representative (Management Trainee) to join our high-energy team in Lansing, MI . If you thrive on competition, teamwork, and personal growth, this is your chance to turn that mindset into a career.

Through our Management Training Program , youll learn proven sales strategies, leadership skills, and business operations from industry leaders setting you up for advancement within the company.

This is a full-time, on-site position with structured training, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage customers with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm
  • Educate customers on products and recommend tailored solutions
  • Support brand campaigns and in-store promotions
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle inquiries effectively
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals

What Were Looking For :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, retail-based setting
  • Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
