We are searching for an experienced Welder at our Houston, TX facility. HMF Express / Senneca Holdings is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our commercial doors are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This full-time position requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure it functions efficiently and produces high-quality products.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines, including trouble-shooting minor issues and ensuring machinery is in optimal working condition.
• Assist in the setup of machines for different production tasks, including adjusting settings and calibrating equipment.
• Inspect products for defects and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Work closely with maintenance technicians to identify and resolve any mechanical or electrical issues with the machinery.
• Ensure the workplace is clean, safe, and organized at all times, adhering to safety protocols, including Lockout / Tagout procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, maintenance activities, and material usage.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and improve manufacturing processes.
