About the Role
As CNDUIT scales from four to six multi-state operations, we are building the systems, teams, and processes that will define the next generation of cannabis production. The Strategic Program Manager will work directly with the President to translate company strategy into coordinated, cross-functional execution across our markets and centralized specialist teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership enablement — ensuring that every function and market stays aligned to the company’s goals, timelines, and standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-growing environment, combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Responsibilities
- Work with the President and executive team to turn strategic direction into actionable programs that unify product, operations, and process teams across all markets.
- Manage the lifecycle of key company initiatives, including planning, coordination, execution tracking, and measurement of outcomes.
- Ensure leadership vision and strategic priorities are clearly communicated, understood, and executed consistently across teams and locations.
- Represent the President in meetings and cross-functional discussions, maintaining alignment between departments and driving follow-through on decisions.
- Establish and maintain company-wide operating rhythms, including scorecards, dashboards, and review cadences that promote transparency and accountability.
- Identify communication or process gaps that slow progress and step in to resolve them quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively.
- Support the rollout of standardized systems, processes, and performance metrics (SOPs, KPIs, and tools) across all sites and centralized functions.
- Provide structured updates and presentations for the leadership team, summarizing progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy within a multi-site manufacturing, CPG, or technology-driven organization.Demonstrated success in aligning cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives in a fast-scaling environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.Experience representing or working directly with senior leadership to translate vision into measurable outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset and attention to detail.Ability to move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution as priorities demand.Experience in the cannabis or other regulated industries is preferred but not required.Additional Requirements :
