Position Responsibilities :

• Communicates policies and procedures clearly to team members in line with established guidelines.
• Tracks usage of sick leave and earned time to prevent misuse.
• Collaborates with the Supervisor to allocate adequate staffing for efficient shift operations.
• Reviews subordinates' reports for clarity, readability, and accuracy before submission.
• Oversees subordinate conduct and addresses issues promptly.
