Senior Data Architect

Come and join us! We're looking for a skilled Senior Data Architect to help our team get the most out of their data. This person will be a key contributor, ensuring our team has continuous, reliable access to the data they need to do their jobs effectively. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver that can work with stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating and Maintaining Reports : You will design and build easy-to-use reports and dashboards in Power BI. You'll also make sure these reports are always working and up-to-date.

Developing and Managing Data Pipelines : You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently extracted from various sources, transformed for consistency, and loaded into our data systems.

Automating Workflows : You will create automated processes with Power Automate to save our team time and ensure our data is accurate.

Collaborating with Stakeholders : You will meet with team members and leaders to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and turn those needs into effective reports and solutions. You'll also communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

Building Applications : When needed, you'll develop simple applications in Power Apps and Oracle APEX to help streamline our team's work.

What We're Looking For

Technical Expertise : You're a master of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Oracle SQL and have experience with Oracle APEX. You should also be comfortable using DAX to create formulas.

Problem-Solving Skills : You're the kind of person who doesn't give up. When something breaks, you're excited to dig in, find the problem, and fix it. You are resilient and willing to keep trying even if you fail the first few times.

Communication Skills : You are a good listener and can clearly explain technical concepts to people who aren't tech experts.

Attention to Detail : You pay close attention to the small details to make sure all our reports and processes are accurate and reliable.

Leadership and Strategy : You can take ownership of projects and help guide others. You understand how your work fits into the bigger picture and helps the company achieve its goals.

Qualifications :

6-10 years work experience with data analytics, SQL and data visualization tools

U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts and must be based on U.S. soil.

Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance card applicable to your position.

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
