Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, responsible for both inside and outside sales activities in the electrical supply industry. This hybrid role combines customer-facing fieldwork with in-office support, offering a unique opportunity to build strong client relationships while driving revenue growth.
️ Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide product recommendations and technical support for electrical components.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage returns.
- Collaborate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
Outside Sales
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and industrial clients.Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions.Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.⚡ Qualifications
2+ years of experience in electrical supply sales or related field.Strong knowledge of electrical products (lighting, wiring, panels, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.Preferred Skills
Experience with industrial or commercial electrical systems.Familiarity with construction project cycles and procurement processes.Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.Benefits
