Manager, Legal and Risk Technology (CLM, ERM)
Our client is seeking an experienced Manager, Legal and Risk Technology to join our client for a full-time, permanent position. This role will lead the support and continuous improvement of technology solutions for Legal and Risk Management departments.
- Location : Remote with occasional travel
- Compensation : This job is expected to pay about $140,000-170,000 plus bonus and benefits
What You’ll Do :
Serve as the IT system owner for all Legal and Risk Management systems, including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Enterprise Risk Management Systems (ERM).Partner with Legal & Risk Management to understand their day-to-day challenges and deliver technical solutions that meet their operational needsCollaborate closely with Legal and Risk teams to understand their operational workflows and technology requirementsManage system configurations, upgrades, user access, and IT vendor relationshipsIdentify opportunities for process automation and system integrationCollaborate with software vendors to troubleshoot and escalate bugs or configuration issuesWork closely with other IT team members, project managers, and program managers to define and deliver system enhancementsAssist in gathering and documenting user requirements, process flows, and functional needsLead and manage small-scale projects and internal process improvement initiativesParticipate in broader IT and cross-functional project teams, contributing subject matter expertise and implementation supportWhat Gets You the Job :
7+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in leadership or management roles3+ years of experience supporting Legal, Risk Management, or Compliance functionsFamiliarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or IcertisKnowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) tools such as Resolver, Riskonnect, or LogicManager is a plusStrong background in SaaS platforms, system upgrades, and change managementFamiliarity with IT governance frameworks, SDLC, and Agile / Waterfall methodologiesAbility to translate legal, risk, and compliance requirements into effective technical solutionsSkilled in leading cross-functional teams and balancing multiple prioritiesPlease send your resume to Hannah Xu, Senior Technical Recruiter for immediate consideration.
