Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Mon-Fri, No Weekends!

Requirements

The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patients needs.

Qualifications :

Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located

Federal DEA License / eligibility

Geriatric training / experience preferred

Active CPR / BLS Certification

Enjoy Work-life-balance :

No weekends or evenings

Triage Line to take patient call in evening

Take little to no charting home; chart while MA is driving!

Start day around 8 / 8 : 30, wrap up around 4 : 30 / 5PM
