Job Summary

Under the direction of a Senior Engineer or Manager, the Engineer I supports clients to analyze, research, document, communicate, and remediate identified events that provide stability and security to the client's infrastructure, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities :

• Understands client support scope for technology infrastructure, and security structures.
• Ensures overall client satisfaction by providing ongoing support for contracted hardware and services.
• Effectively triages alerts for hardware, connectivity, and security while following best practices.
• Responds to hardware and security alerts, ensuring case is documented and communication with the clients.
• Records case documentation and supports learning on team / project sites.
• Communicates with stakeholders any trends identified in alerts.
• Works within the time and scope for projects and communicates overages and availability in advance.
• Works in a team environment, both with Wipfli team members and client team members.
