GEICO is in the midst of an exciting transformation as a product and tech powered company. We are looking to recruit for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering. As a Senior Manager, Software Engineering, you will help transform GEICO's claims processes by modernizing our Tier 1 systems—critical platforms at the core of our business. You'll lead one to two Agile teams (6–8 engineers each) to deliver innovative solutions, focusing on technical excellence, stakeholder collaboration, operational efficiency, and the adoption of strong Agile practices. You will also play a key role in shaping our product vision through close partnership with product teams. As AI is increasingly embedded in our products, experience with AI / ML technologies is highly preferred.

Location - Hybrid role. Locations are Chevy Chase and Austin ONLY.
