Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers focused on multiplatform and web-based experiences

Own the design and development of scalable frontend systems using Kotlin Multiplatform

Drive technical execution for complex projects, ensuring quality and performance across platforms

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in engineering leadership or technical management

5+ years of frontend or mobile engineering experience with expertise in Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform

Proven success in delivering cross-platform products serving millions of users

Strong understanding of frontend architecture patterns and modern frameworks

Experience managing in Agile / Scrum environments
