Hematology patients, not oncology (minimum 15 patients)

TBD (Inpatient Facility)

  • Support staff

    • Nurses, Navigator, Admin Support, Pharmacy, 1 2 physicians, APPs, Infusion Specialist

  • Job Requirements

    • Ambulatory Hem / Onc Clinic follow up and see new patients, write orders & prescriptions, communicate with the pharmacy

    O Focus on benign hematology

    O Bread and Butter Hem / Onc

  • EMR

    • EPIC (will need to take an assessment before their start date)

  • Board Certification

    • Hematology and / or Oncology

    O Provider only need to be boarded in one or the other, double boarded is preferred

    O If seeing oncology patients, will need to BC d in Oncology

  • State License Required

    • Yes, State of NC

  • DEA

    • YES

  • Certifications

    • BLS

  • Minimum experience required

    • at least 2 3 years experience

  • Credentialing Timeframe

    • days

    Schedule Details

  • Clinic Shift Times : 8A 5P (Tuesday or Wednesday Friday)
  • Will need to take Infrequent Call & some Weekend Call shifts
