Senior Technical Claims Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Claims Specialist, Construction Complex.

Key Responsibilities

Determine coverage, investigate claims, assess liability, set reserves, negotiate settlements, and authorize claim resolutions

Review lawsuit documentation and establish actions for resolution, including discovery plans and setting reserves

Train and mentor staff while managing relationships with various business partners and participating in special projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of claims adjusting experience

Advanced knowledge of Commercial Casualty claims, including investigation and resolution strategies

Experience in Construction Liability or Commercial General Liability claims preferred

Intermediate to advanced skills in customer focus and teamwork

Ability to work independently and achieve results
