Overview

Join to apply for the Caring for seniors in their home role at Guardian Angel Senior Services.

Responsibilities

  • Med reminders
  • Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients when they are able
  • Assist with client shopping or accompany them when they shop
  • Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
  • Be a pleasant and supportive companion
  • Report any unusual incidents
  • Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Caregiving services offered

  • HHA – Home Health Aide : assist clients in their own homes with activities of daily living, delivering quality and safe home health care services
  • Personal Care : assistance with toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
  • Homemakers : light housekeeping, errands or transportation, meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and general household tasks
  • Companionship : provide companionship and conversation
