Responsibilities Work in the Emergency Department at a Level 1 Trauma Center Night shift schedule : 3x12 hour shifts from 7 : 00pm to 7 : 30am Required to work every other weekend, totaling two weekends per month Mandatory floating to any unit or facility within a 50-mile radius as needed Uses Cerner EMR system No block scheduling or special scheduling requests allowed Strict compliance with documentation timelines and onboarding requirements is enforced Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of accepting an assignment Navy blue scrubs required and are not provided Parking is available for $2 / day with shuttle transportation to and from the facility No time off (RTO) allowed on weekends, holidays, or the days immediately before or after a holiday, with a maximum of 5 RTO days and no more than 2 consecutive days Assignment may involve working outside of your primary competency under a team-based model Requirements Active IL RN license in hand required at time of application Minimum 2 years of recent acute care emergency department experience required Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required Must live within a 75-mile radius to be considered for the position Pending licenses not accepted Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-626012.
