Assistant Service Manager For Luxury Residential

Job Description

Coordinate and oversee luxury residential repair and upgrade projects from start to finish.

Manage client communications to ensure expectations are met and satisfaction is maintained.

Supervise and collaborate with construction teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

Maintain accurate records of project progress and provide updates to senior management.

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Service Manager should have :

  • Proven experience in managing residential repair and upgrade projects, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and construction teams effectively.
  • A solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
