Role Description

Assist the Project Controls Advisor in the execution of Cost Controls and Scheduling responsibilities such as the following :

• Driving adherence to the IDM Project Controls standards across all projects; Scheduling, Budgeting, Cost Controls, Purchasing.
• Deliver CI into project controls processes / standards.
• Creating initial project controls (cost / schedule / cashflow) for projects in preparation for project initiations, RFPs and execution.
• Creating and maintaining benchmarking data for both Cost and Schedule.
• Creating and maintaining SharePoint content to support the project team.
• Standardization of project controls tools.
• Other duties as assigned by the Projects Controls Advisor.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $64,500 - $167,200.

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
