About Position : The Epic Cadence & MyChart Application Specialist is responsible for building, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing scheduling, registration, and patient portal functionality within the Epic modules. This role bridges operations and information technology (IT), and will translate user workflows into system build and configurations. This role acts as subject matter expert (SME) for Cadence (scheduling module) and MyChart (patient-facing portal). This role is responsible for providing support, delivering training, and promoting user adoption, while driving system enhancements that align with organizational goals. The specialist also actively participates in upgrades, testing, and cross-training initiatives with the Epic Resolute Application Specialist to ensure scheduling, registration, and billing workflows are fully integrated and optimized.

Qualifications -
Education : - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, biomedical informatics, healthcare
administration, or a related field.
Required : 2–5 years of experience working with Epic Ambulatory modules or other EHR clinical systems including.
charting, ordering, documentation, or scheduling; required.
Preferred : Experience in at least one full Epic implementation lifecycle.
Experience leading or mentoring others.
Experience in a CHC, FQHC, or value-based care environment.
Current / valid License : Epic Cadence and / or MyChart certification required within 9 months of hire if not already obtained. Cross training in modules is required.
Immunizations : Be medically cleared for communicable diseases and have all immunizations up-to-date prior to beginning employment
Pay Range - $66,489 - $89,355
