What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP) for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other behavioral disorders
- Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modification as needed
- Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans and the generalization of skills
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management techniques, data collection, and other relevant topics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, behavior plans, and data collection sheets
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and other professional development opportunities

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis and interventionKnowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct functional assessments, develop behavior plans, and analyze dataExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgroundsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and standardsTo protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check.
