Physician / ObGyn / New Jersey / Permanent / OB / GYN Laborist Job

A healthcare network in New Jersey is seeking a licensedOB / GYN Laborist to join one of their facilities in Bergen County. In this role, theOB / GYN Laborist will be responsible for managing the Labor & Delivery process.

About the Schedule :

• Schedule : 7-on, 7-off shifts

Hours : 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities :

The OB / GYN Laborist will :

Assess pregnant women who arrive at the hospital with various concerns

Provide emergency care to pregnant women who experience complications or unexpected events during labor and delivery

Consult with and provide care to pregnant women who are being managed by the hospital's primary OBGYNs or midwives

Assist with and perform cesarean sections (C-sections) when necessary

Provide postpartum care, including assessing the mother's recovery and addressing any postpartum complications.

Perform other duties, as needed
