Job Title : Welder and Fitter
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for performing setup on welders, including adjusting speeds and settings. You will use your proficient experience in reading complex drawings and decimal dimensions on blueprints to ensure quality assurance in accordance with customer specifications. The position involves assembling and welding a variety of sheet metal products with varying thicknesses and gauges, primarily using MIG for horizontal and downhill welding, with some minor TIG welding as needed. You will also weld a variety of wiring enclosures, boxes, or other special weldments required for production while observing good safety practices.

Work Environment
This position offers multiple shift options : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm Monday through Friday (with overtime starting at 5 : 00 am) and 10 : 30 pm - 7 : 00 am Monday through Friday (with overtime until 8 : 30 am and a 10% shift differential). Initial training will be conducted on the day shift for approximately 4-8 weeks. The work attire includes jeans or work pants and short or long-sleeved shirts, with steel-toed shoes required for safety. The facility can get hot during summer months, but provisions are available to help keep employees comfortable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50814.00 - $55895.00 / yr.
