Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Architect located in Omaha, NE. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing architectural projects from conception to completion, producing detailed design documents, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Responsibilities also include overseeing submittals, ensuring compliance with building codes, and leading project teams. The role requires effective communication and collaboration to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Architecture and Project Management
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
• Experience with overseeing submittals and ensuring compliance with building codes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure as an architect
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
