Electrical Panel Builder

Automation Personnel Services is looking for Electrical Panel Builders to join our team in a warehouse-based environment. This position focuses on building, wiring, and assembling electrical panels using hand tools such as pliers, wire strippers, and screwdrivers. Unlike traditional field service roles, this position is performed exclusively in-house—no customer site travel required. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a production setting.

Pay Rate

$25.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

1st Shift 7AM – 4PM

Electrical Panel Builder Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire industrial electrical panels according to schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Utilize hand tools (pliers, strippers, screwdrivers, etc.) to cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires.
• Organize and route wiring neatly and efficiently within enclosures.
• Perform continuity checks and visual inspections to ensure wiring accuracy and quality standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of assembly work performed.
• Stach finished product for shipment
• Follow workplace safety standards
• Provide cleaning services in work areas
