Lube Technician / PART TIME (210)

Lube Technician Position Summary :

• The Lubrication Technician performs service and installation activities associated with automotive preventive maintenance lubrication products and services, in a safe, accurate and timely manner.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Be able to perform all the essential functions of a Lubrication Technician and Cashier.
• Follow International Service Standards procedures.
• Be capable of training and supervising subordinates in the execution of their essential functions.
• Assist guest with service complaints related to the service.
• Ensure the completion of services and safety of guest vehicle prior to exiting service center.
• Enforce employee use of safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment.
• Complete all Computer Based Training classes thru Team Leader.
• Comply with Code of Ethics.
• The ability to appear for work on time.
• The ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
• The ability to interact effectively with co-workers.
• The ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
• The ability to accept constructive criticism.
