Responsibilities

• Drive efficiencies and automation that help support the resilience of the Firm's most critical applications
• Set team goals and SLAs, collaborate with near-shore and offshore IT-DR teams; help set the IT-DR lifecycle roadmap and identify unaddressed areas for solutioning
• Assign team members to the right projects at the right time within budget and timelines; ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs, acting as point of escalation to leadership
• Blend execution with tactical planning; contribute to tactical plans and monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance for the IT-DR Area
• Advocate alignment with relevant strategies, ensuring adherence to these strategies and related commitments while partnering with ERO and Risk management; guide IT disaster recovery and business applications teams toward optimal solutions
• Engage with department management and staff to influence client expectations and provide well-considered alternatives, suggestions, and recommendations for improvements; ensure goals and objectives are consistently met
