Specialized program for 115 participating patients. Patient volume 4-6 per day. Daily tasks will include INR finger sticks, monitoring results, and coordinating processes / care.Cardio is a plus but not required. They will train.Epic EMR experience is REQUIREDINTERVIEW teams interviewADDITIONAL candidates with the Submission cover form and resume in 1 document. Include RTO for duration of contract.After Award Acceptance - COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#.)COMPLIANCE : Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72hoursof accepting the award.
