Customer Support : Conduct site visits, promote POS materials, manage tastings, assist with tap line cleaning, and foster customer relationships. Production Management : Oversee demand forecasting, style / volume planning, and SKU availability for at least 6 months ahead of projected needs. Quality Control : Design and implement a QC program and tasting panel to ensure consistent beer quality. Distribution Management & Logistics : Manage inventory and shipping, build distributor relationships, and ensure strategic product placement. Sales Monitoring & Analysis : Identify trends, track performance, and refine sales techniques to elevate business impact. Sales Initiatives : Explore market trends and work collaboratively to launch innovative promotions. Beer Education : Develop engaging programs for both staff and customer knowledge enhancement. Event Participation : Represent the brand at beer tastings, shows, and events throughout Massachusetts. As a Craft Brewery Sales & Distribution Manager in North Central Massachusetts you will need :
