Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Creative Operations Manager for a prominent athleisure company. This role is a hybrid, onsite 2 days a week. The manager oversees studio projects from brief to delivery, driving team processes and fostering a culture of excellence aligned with creative team values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects per the Creative Studio Operating Model.
  • Coordinate daily tasks and stakeholder feedback.
  • Deliver Tier 1–3 assets while ensuring creative output aligns with briefs and budgets.
  • Manage external creative partners.
  • Serve as an information hub, supporting resource planning and reporting.
  • Update project management tools, oversee asset management and trafficking.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of direct experience working in an agency or creative team within retail.
  • Experience collaborating with external creative and production partners.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks—strong project management and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience with campaigns and doing higher‑level campaigns for a retail company.
